     The Express Yourself Today office is a safe, warm, private, and supportive environment located in the charming town of Historic Chester in New Jersey.  We offer fast & effective counseling services for school-aged children, teens, adults, couples, and families dealing with life issues such as emotional, social or behavioral problems, learning disabilities- ADD/ADHD/Autism/Aspberger's/Sensory Processing Disorder, self-esteem, confidence, bullying, divorce, depression, anxiety, OCD, school phobia, social anxiety, anger management, sexual abuse, date rape, dating abuse, parenting issues,stress, relationships, friendship issues, premarital counseling, addictions, cutting, suicide, sex/gender issues etc.
